The orthodontic treatment of patients with pre-existing root resorption (RR) is often difficult due to the increased risk progression and a compromised outcome can be expected. plan in such situations should comprise sparing strategy, which includes reducing duration fixed appliances, non-extraction treatment, force levels, avoiding intrusion at-risk teeth, amount apical movement affected teeth intermittent application where possible. following case report shows use strategy severe Class II malocclusion 11 21.
